The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce recently presented Jewelry by Gail with the OBXMADE designation. Gail Kowalski and her team were on hand as Jim Gilreath, Rose, Harrison, Gilreath & Powers and Chairman of the Board and Myra Ladd-Bone, Atlantic Realty and Immediate Past Chair of the Outer Banks Chamber presented the certificate.
