The OBX SPCA Pet of the Week is Winnie.
Five-year-old Winnie arrived to the SPCA as a stray and was never reclaimed. She enjoys car rides, playing with toys, and receiving copious amounts of love and affection. Staff members note that she would make a great addition to a family who loves a couch potato, but also loves a dog who thoroughly enjoys playtime.
