The Town of Duck is proud to honor the exceptional dedication and service of several Town staff members. At the September Council Meeting, the following individuals were recognized for their significant contributions:

- Fire Captain Jeffrey Del Monte was honored for his fifteen years of service to the Town of Duck Fire Department. (photographed top right: Fire Captain Jeffrey Del Monte, Town Manager Drew Havens, Fire Chief Donna Black, Mayor Don Kingston)
- Brandon Molenda (photographed bottom left with Chief Donna Black) and Greg Fiala (photographed bottom right with Chief Donna Black) were awarded the prestigious designation of Master Firefighter.
