The OBX SPCA Pet of the Week is Mr. Bear.
Eleven and a half year old Mr. Bear was surrendered into the SPCA’s care after his previous owner entered a nursing home. Bear had an amazing nine years with his previous family and is now searching for somewhere to retire himself. Staff members note that if you’re searching for a senior dog who acts like a puppy, Mr. Bear is the pooch for you.
