SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina to host poker run, bike & car show this Saturday – OBX Today

The SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina will host their first annual poker run and bike & car show this Saturday, June 15, 2024, in Elizabeth City. This event is open to any and all individuals with all proceeds benefitting the SPCA.

Poker run registration will be held at Tooley’s Tavern and begins promptly at 9 a.m. Not sure a poker run is your thing or don’t feel like participating in the ride this time? You can still register at Tooley’s and draw your cards all in one place! Awards will be distributed for the Best and Worst Hand, as well as door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction.
Don’t forget about the Bike and Car Show! Featuring ten different classes, there will be a DJ, a food truck, even animals for adoption. Registration for the show begins at 10 a.m. at the field across from Carolina Chrysler (102 Byron Ct, Elizabeth City). Judging will follow at 1 p.m. with award distribution at 4 p.m.
