You’re invited to join the Town of Duck on Thursday, October 19, at 6:30 p.m. as they welcome Elizabeth City State University Professor of History Glen Bowman as a part of the ongoing Bias Speaker Series. Dr. Bowman’s lecture, “Disfranchisement in North Carolina: 1898-1920” will take place in the Paul F. Keller Meeting Hall with a light reception beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The Bias Speaker Series is supported by the John H. & Frances Lane Bias Foundation, Inc. (The Bias Foundation), in collaboration with the Town of Duck.
