Kill Devil Hills’ beach driving permits are now on sale for the 2023-24 season. Permits can be purchased at the following locations:
- KDH Finance Department: Cashier’s Counter, located on the second floor of Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC. Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
- Stop N Shop: 100 S. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, NC. Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Sunday – Saturday.
- KDH beach driving permits are ONLY good for the Town of Kill Devil Hills beach.
The Town’s beach driving season runs from October 1st through April 30th.
