The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Foggy.
Foggy is around four-years-old and is described by the OBX SPCA as being “just the sweetest boy.” He’s big in size, but believes that he is a lap dog through and through! In addition to playing outdoors and going for walks, Foggy also enjoys obedience training, a nod to his intelligence. The OBX SPCA notes that next month will mark one year since Foggy has been in their care. They have faith that his forever home is out there.
