The Children and Youth Partnership of Dare County has launched an initiative called Champions for Children, which includes video and audio features spotlighting those helping children, youth and families thrive in our community.
Quinn Capps, founder of Project Glam Girls, is the CYP Champion for Children for February 2022.
Project Glam Girls (and Guys) provides everything a young person would need to attend their prom absolutely free. The boutique will be held at Manteo Faith Baptist Church in Manteo on Thursday, February 17 from 3:30 to 8 p.m., Friday Feb. 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday Feb. 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
