The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® is holding its annual REALTOR®Fest expo this Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. at the R/C Movie Theatre in Kill Devil Hills.
The event, which is open to the public, features almost 30 vendors, 13 presentations with 20 presenters that cover a wide variety of topics including Google tips and tricks, to security inside and outside of your home, and much more. World renowned motivational speaker Mark Given is kicking off the event with his keynote presentation, “You Can Do Hard Things”.
Vendors include businesses ranging from insurance agencies and mortgage lenders, to roofing contractors and charcuterie catering. You may even have your flood insurance documents reviewed by OBAR CEO Willo Kelly to see where you may be able to save money. Many of the vendors will be giving away door prizes throughout the day so make sure to bring your business cards.
Registration is $35/OBAR Members or $50/Non OBAR members. Registration includes vendor time, presentations, a boxed lunch from Johanne at Café Lachine Catering, popcorn, a drink, and a raffle ticket.
Raffle prizes include an OBAR swag kit, a realtor.com® swag bag including a rocket book, and tumblers, an Onita portable BBQ grill, a Yeti Hopper M30. In addition to these raffle prizes, there is a grand prize of a $500 gift card that will be awarded at the end of the day. Must be present to win all prizes.
