The Children and Youth Partnership of Dare County has launched a new initiative called Champions for Children, which includes video and audio features each week spotlighting those helping children, youth and families thrive in our community.
Jean-Louise ‘Scout’ Dixon, Director of the Hatteras Island Youth Education Fund, has been selected as a Champion for Children in Dare County.
