An employee of Grounds Pros shared this photo with us Wednesday morning of a pickup truck sitting in the Pamlico Sound at the New Inlet access in Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge.
Also found nearby at 6:30 a.m. was a center console boat tied to the bank, just outside the frame according to the photographer.
