The Ocracoke Relief Team has had an amazing and overwhelming response from caring individuals wanting to help us rebuild our community. Because of the massive response, they have turned to four experienced organizations with the resources to coordinate large volunteer forces.

If you would like to come to the island as a volunteer, please visit any of these sources:

Samaritan’s Purse: https://www.samaritanspurse.org

Christian Aid Ministry: https://www.christianaidministries.org

North Carolina Baptists on Mission: https://baptistsonmission.org

United Methodist Church Regional Disaster Response Center, email twig@nccumc.org

If you are unable to volunteer with these organizations, please consider donating to the Outer Banks Community Foundation and indicate you would like your funds allocated to Ocracoke Disaster Relief. https://www.obcf.org/donate-now/disaster-relief-fund-donate/

If you have specific questions, unique offers of aid, or questions about donating supplies, please contact us at ocracokedisasterrelief@gmail.com.

Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out to us when we need it most, our community appreciates it more than words can express.
